Russia, China to open new $1.5 billion priority territory
VLADIVOSTOK, Feb 8 (PRIME) -- Russia and China are discussing a new U.S. $1.5 billion 413 hectare priority development territory on the border between the states, the Far East Development Ministry said on Thursday.
